These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to dronex.am and purchases of FPV drones, components, and accessories from DroneX. By using the site, you agree to these Terms.

Important notice. DroneX does not officially sell FPV drones, components, or accessories for military purposes. All products are intended exclusively for civilian use: hobby, sport, training, filming, and other lawful purposes. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if there are grounds to believe the goods will be used for military or other prohibited purposes. By placing an order, you confirm that you are not purchasing products for military use.

1. General

DroneX is Armenia’s first platform specializing in FPV drones. Product information is provided for reference; we strive to keep descriptions and prices accurate but may update them without prior notice.

2. Orders and payment

By placing an order, you confirm that your contact details are correct. An order is confirmed once approved by our team. Payment options include cash on delivery, bank card (Visa, MasterCard, iPay), and invoice.

3. Delivery

Delivery within Yerevan is made on the order date or the next business day if the item is in stock. Orders over AMD 10,000 qualify for free delivery in Yerevan. Regional delivery is arranged by phone. Store pickup is available.

4. Returns and exchanges

Products may be returned within 14 days under RA legislation if unused and in original packaging. Electronic components that have been used or damaged by the buyer are not eligible for return.

5. Intellectual property

All site content is protected by copyright and belongs to DroneX or respective rights holders.

6. Limitation of liability

DroneX is not liable for misuse of FPV equipment. Drone operation must comply with RA law.

7. Prohibition of military use

DroneX does not conduct or support sales of products for military, defense, or other purposes that conflict with RA legislation and international norms. The buyer agrees not to use purchased goods for military purposes and bears full responsibility for compliance with applicable law.
